How long does support take to respond?
Average across the past 90 days is 14 hours during working hours (Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00 WAT). Urgent issues โ€” failed conversions, billing problems, account access โ€” typically get a same-day response.
My code didn't convert correctly. What do I send?
Email support@betloy.com with: (1) the source bookmaker + the original code, (2) the destination bookmaker you tried to convert to, (3) any error message we showed, (4) which legs converted vs. which got flagged. We'll usually root-cause and reply within hours.
Can I request a new bookmaker?
Yes โ€” every grey-dot entry in our All Betting Sites A-Z directory has a "Request" link that adds the operator to our build queue. Or email hello@betloy.com with the operator name + country + URL.
I want to integrate Betloy's converter into my site / app. Who do I talk to?

How do I file a privacy / data subject request?
Email legal@betloy.com with the request type (access, correction, deletion, portability) and the email address tied to your account. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days per GDPR / NDPC requirements.
Do you have phone support?
Not currently. Phone support across 15 markets in multiple time zones doesn't scale to a small team โ€” but our email response times are fast enough that most users don't miss it. We monitor email all working day.
I sent a message and haven't heard back. What now?
