GLOSSARY OF FOOTBALL PREDICTION TERMS

Here’s a quick glossary of some betting terms to help you understand:

1.5 Odds

A list of single matches with 1.50 odds and above.

 

2 Odds

A list of matches which might be an accumulator or a single game whose odds amount to 2.00.

 

3.00 Odds

A list of matches which is most likely an accumulator whose odds amount to 3.00.

 

5.00 Odds

A list of matches which is an accumulator whose odds amount to 5.00.

 

 

HALFTIME – FULLTIME OPTIONS.

1/X – mean home win half time / draw full time

1/1 – – mean home win half time / win full time

2/2 – – mean away win half time / win full time

2/X – mean away win half time / draw full time

 

FULL TIME OPTIONS

1–  means home win.

X –  means draw.

2– means away win.

1X – means double chance, backing home team to either win or draw a game

X2– means double chance, backing away team to either win or draw a game.

1 2– Means There must be a winner in the game; it will not end in a draw.

1 No Clean Sheet – Home  should concede a goal, Irrespective of Whether match is won or Lost. i.e Home team will receive a goal

2 No Clean Sheet – Away Should concede a goal, Irrespective of whether match is won or lost i.e Away team will receive a goal

BTTS / BTS – Both Teams to Score / Both To Score

Over 1.5– Total match score would be 2 and above (1.e 1-1)

Over2.5– Total match score would be more than 2 (i.e 2-1)

Under 2.5 – Total match score would be at most two goals. (i.e 2-0, 1-1, 1-0)

DNB – Draw No Bet – You get a refund if the game ends in a draw
